ESPN The Magazine’s 15th year anniversary issue features new work by photographer Chris Buck that documents a biopic on the great Kobe Bryant. Using screenplays, storyboards, and life-size cut-outs of Bryant, Chris photographed ‘behind-the-scenes’ scenarios related to this film. Also you can check out a short teaser directed by Chris, ‘Kobe The Movie: Inspired by True Events”, in his recently updated motion portfolio.

Be sure to pick up the new issue of Fortune Magazine this month which features the publications annual ranking of the top 500 U.S. companies by their gross revenue. Shot by Mitchell Feinberg, with models by Megan Caponetto, the photographs show team work at its best. To construct the iconic cover models, Megan created three separate resin numbers about 13 inches tall and gilded them in 18k gold. The next sculpture was created out of 413 solid brass balls that she ground, gilded, polished, and then glued together to make the final shape. The final 500 was imprinted in gold powder using a custom made plexi stamp. Well worth the effort for such stunning images!
Alex Farnum teamed up with Venables, Bell & Partners and eBay for another great shoot. This shoot in honor of Mother’s Day was shot on location in the Bay Area with a top notch team over two amazingly sunny days this winter.
